I am Tian-Xiong Zheng, a Researcher (Permanent, effective April 1, 2027) at the Hattori Botanical Laboratory in Japan, and the Curator of the Herbarium of the Hattori Botanical Laboratory (NICH). I currently serve as the Editor-in-Chief of Bryophyte Diversity and Evolution (the official journal of the IAB) and as a Section Editor for PhytoKeys.
My primary research focuses on the systematics and taxonomy of liverworts, with a particular emphasis on Marchantiopsida. I warmly welcome international collaborations of all forms, especially those centered on Asian taxa, and I am dedicated to building strong networks with researchers worldwide.
