This is a voluntary position. The Editor-in-Chief must be a leader who drives and follows the editorial workflow of submitted articles. The Editor-in-Chief of BDE must be highly motivated and committed to these tasks, especially the communication and dynamic aspects. This position can be very rewarding both personally and professionally for a passionate bryologist.
