Dear IAB council members,

I have uploaded the proposal submitted by Drs. Juan Carlos Villarreal and Line Rochefort to host the IAB meeting in 2021 in Quebec, Canada. The proposal is extensive and comprehensive (100 pages long). Critical pages may be: actual letter of submission p. 16, and anticipated budget p. 20.

Please read or at least consult the proposal (IAB 2021 proposal).

Send any comments or concerns to me directly by e-mail by Monday May 20th (in one week). I will compile and share these and submit the proposal for a formal vote by all council members.
